Mission Statement:

The Central Florida Concierge Association will strive to foster opportunities to promote educational and professional growth for the concierges within and beyond the Association. The Central Florida Concierge Association will uphold a standard of integrity and ethics. We will achieve a greater respect for the concierge profession and encourage friendships and solidarity among concierge in all hotels. We will develop a strong working relationship with area businesses and cultural organizations to promote the Central Florida Concierge Association and Tourism for the greater Orlando area.
